Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-051/16.

La peticionaria argumentó que no existía precisión acerca del término y procedimiento para la notificación de los foto-comparendos, en contradicción con las garantías constitucionales del debido proceso.

Teniendo en cuenta que la memorialista no se encuentra legitimada por activa dentro del proceso de tutela y que la aclaración pedida no recae sobre la parte resolutiva ni motiva del fallo en cuestión, la Sala decide RECHAZARLA DE PLANO.

Se recuerda que la Corporación es un cuerpo jurisdiccional y no consultivo y que por ello carece de competencia para resolver dudas o interrogatorios que formulen los ciudadanos o para esclarecer el sentido de las providencias que profiera.
